More Than Just Real Estate

I’m Ernesto Pleitez, and my family is from El Salvador. My faith and the way I was raised have a big influence on how I treat people and how I do business.

Real estate can be a great career, but for me it has to be about more than the commission. When someone trusts me to help them buy, sell, or lease a home, I take that seriously.

I bought my own home at a young age, and I was fortunate to have one of my former teachers as my Realtor. That experience showed me how important it is to have someone who truly listens and puts your needs first.

If you’re approved for more but feel comfortable spending less, I’ll respect that. If you’re only looking to lease, I’ll still give you my time. I want every client to feel heard, comfortable, and confident in their decision.

And after the deal is done, I still stay in touch. I want to build relationships that last beyond the transaction.

My Background

I grew up around entrepreneurship. My mom has owned a restaurant in Rosenberg, Texas for over 20 years, and I started working there when I was about 10. I went from bussing tables, to waiting tables, cooking, working the register, and eventually managing By 16, I was trusted with helping run the business.

That’s where I learned that I genuinely enjoy working with people. I’ve always cared about giving good service, treating people right, and making sure they feel taken care of.

At 18, I opened my own hand car wash and got my first real experience running a business of my own. Since then, I’ve continued growing through real estate, roofing, construction, and my marketing agency. Each business is different, but they’ve all taught me the same thing: people are trusting you with something important, and that trust should never be taken lightly.

I’m still young, still learning, and I know I have a long way to go. My goal isn’t just to build successful businesses or make money. I want to build a legacy my family can be proud of and eventually use what I’ve built to give back to the community that helped shape me.
